Potential

Let’s talk about potentials.

The idea of “potential” makes me wonder the possibilities of what could have been and what might have been if things worked out. Imagining things of how great it could be if we did this or that. Sayings of maybe if I did this, the situation might differ now and so forth. However, I must tell you that even though how great that potential is, we must not hold onto them.

I always tell my friends that it should be in this universe, not the one where most people say “maybe in the next life” or “maybe in the next universe” because darling, it should be here, in this universe, because we are living here right now.

Shared moments in between is what I love the most. Intimacy is also like familiarity that you two only gets it.

Even though it’s hard, you must learn to let them go because they have their own journey too, and so do you. You must explore first to discover yourself and maybe, maybe when the time is right, fate will lead you back together again or you will meet someone along the way.

For now, let them and let the universe do their own magic. It will surprise you.

My sister once told me, you can always love them from afar. And I think that’s a deeper level of love that you will have for them.
